Booking Terms and Condition
Holidopedia is a brand name of Holidopedia Travel Solution
All bookings done with Holidopedia must follow these guidelines.
Holidopedia reserve the right to modify, delete, add any of these term(s) without any prior notice.
> Hotel rates are subject to change at the time of confirmation.
> All bookings can be confirmed with at least 50% Advanced Payment upon confirmation.
> Rates/ Names are non-cancellable and amendable once confirmed.
> Balance payment should be settled 10-Days prior to arrival.
> ROE would be calculated +1 as per xe.com.
> Hotel Tourism Dirham Fee to be paid by guest directly to hotel ranging from AED 7 to 20.
> Tourist Visa will be given 04-3 days prior to arrival date.
> We will help and assist you for visa application any delayed in visa or rejection we will not be responsible.
> Tour final Itinerary will be handed over 02 days prior to arrival date for SIC bookings.
> For SIC transfer guest must arrive before schedule timing mentioned, our vehicle will not wait.
> Tour missed can not be altered or refunded.
> There will be an additional Midnight Surcharge applicable for all transfers between 19:00 - 07:00 hrs.
> Cancellation Policy will be as per charged by hotel, activitites, transfer, tour or other activities included in tour package.
> On the Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
> You shall honor the cancellation rules set by Holidopedia and shall at all times accept the Holidopedia's decision as final and binding.
> Tourist Attraction/ Theme parks reserve the right to refuse entry and to eject individual for reason of inappropriate behavior without refund or explanation.
> The total cost does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable during the given travel period.
> Normal Hotel check-in time is from 14.00 hrs onwards and check-out time is at 12.00 hrs.
> Under no circumstance, Holidopedia Travel Solution or any of its employees, partners, agents, or sub-contractors should be held liable for any consequential or unintended loss,
claim or decision made as part of the use of its products, services, website, content or
materials, which include, but not restricted to, business loss, data corruption, loss of
goodwill or reputation, and loss of personal information.
> In the event of any overstay and/or absconding cases by the tourists/passengers, Travel Agent/ Tour Operator and Tourist shall be liable to pay to Holidopedia penalty charges of USD3000.00 (US Dollars Three Thousand only) as a deposit to Dubai Immigration for every tourist/passenger found guilty of overstaying and/or absconding. Travel Agent/ Tour Operator and Tourist will hold the entire responsibility of passengers/tourist's return back to their country, ensuring their confirmed return air tickets reservation for their return journey. Travel Agent/ Tour Operator will also ensure to record its tourist's local address and telephone contacts, wherever tourist's absconding is reported.
> Any complaints by guests/tourists, during the course of the tour shall be brought to the attention of Holidopedia and/or to local UAE operator while still in the UAE. Upon leaving the UAE, the guests/tourists shall have no locus to bring a complaint against Holidopedia and/or vendor supplier, employee or any concerned person during planned visit.
